I’m currently working on an RFP for an RMC and I can’t help but wonder WHY there are redundant questions and questions that don’t even pertain to the scope of the RFP.
Why oh why!?
I don’t get it.
Does procurement or the mobility team review the RFP document before they send it out? Or maybe it’s a case of the HR contact running the mobility program who doesn’t have mobility knowledge and doesn’t know what to ask.
It baffles me every time.
Even if irks us, we still need to be positive and get the job done. Respond to the questions without duplicating answers — be creative and find a new way to provide the answer.
Remain curious. Show what we can do, and how we do it differently from the competitors. And most of all, demonstrate value.
