Work Smarter, Not Harder

Definitely — this advice can apply to just about anyone but it’s super relevant for proposal pros. 


We have vast libraries of curated RFP content at our disposal and we can use it many different ways for different mediums. 


I call this concept “repurpose with purpose”. In other words, don’t reinvent the wheel, especially if you don’t have to.



It’s always better to start with some content than create something from scratch, and customize it accordingly. 


And in other instances, you can simply repurpose your content to another purpose (i.e. a pitch deck, white paper, case study and more).


Try it. It’ll save you time, energy and sanity. 😀
