Olivia Bahrami is Founder and Owner of The RFP House and Practice Leader, RFP and Proposal Management. With 16 years of experience in proposal management leadership roles, Olivia built The RFP House to give growth-minded teams the structure, strategy, and hands-on support needed to compete and win more consistently.
Known for a practical, results-driven and engaging approach, Olivia partners closely with clients to translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive submissions that align with evaluator expectations. Her experience spans both private and public sector procurement and includes deep familiarity with global mobility and corporate relocation programs, employee health and wellness initiatives including EFAP, group benefits and pension consulting, and a range of financial services and insurance solutions. She brings a strong understanding of procurement environments and decision drivers, helping clients strengthen their positioning, improve proposal quality, and increase win rates.
Paula is a seasoned Global Mobility and Human Resource Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations build and optimize global mobility programs that put people first.
Drawing on deep expertise across a range of industries—including engineering consulting (mining and oil & gas), food services, technology, and financial services—Paula has led the design, implementation, and management of mobility programs that are competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned with business goals.
Paula partners directly with organizations to deliver tailored mobility solutions that simplify complexity and enhance the employee experience. Whether creating a program from the ground up or transforming an existing one, she brings a hands-on, collaborative approach rooted in client service and relationship building.
At the heart of Paula’s work is a customer-first mindset—ensuring that every policy, process, and tool not only meets global compliance standards but also supports the needs of relocating employees and the teams who manage them. Paula is fluent in Portuguese, has working knowledge of Spanish and French and assists clients globally with every aspect of their mobility programs.
Mimi is a Marketing and Proposal Consultant with The RFP House. With over 8 years of experience in marketing, project management, and proposal development, Mimi specializes in creating high-impact strategies and managing complex deliverables under tight deadlines.
Mimi brings extensive expertise in health insurance proposals—from content development and editing to stakeholder coordination, workflow optimization, and final submission.
Her broader marketing skillset includes digital strategy, SEO, email marketing, website management, content creation, and campaign execution.
She excels at overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery while aligning with business objectives and brand standards.
Nicole is a Marketing and Proposal Consultant with The RFP House. She is a highly accomplished sales operations and enablement professional with 18 years of experience in the field.
She is an expert in bid and proposal management, sales operations planning, training, coaching, cross-functional team collaboration, and rapport building.
Nicole has recruited, trained, and mentored teams to help them achieve successful careers while actively leading pursuits.
Nicole is also a cohost of the popular Proposal Management podcast, “No Really, Everything’s Fine”, and in 2022, she created the Proposal Manager’s Planner, an organizational tool designed specifically for Proposal Managers.
With experience on both sides of the procurement process, Munirah brings a practical understanding of how proposals are evaluated and awarded.
A former bilingual Procurement Officer at TFO, she has spent nearly 4 years supporting public-sector and healthcare organizations through e-learning, systems training, and web development initiatives aligned with contract requirements.
She specializes in turning complex requirements into clear, compliant proposals that win in English and French.
