Behind The Scenes at The RFP House

What we’re working on this summer
At The RFP House, we believe summer is for momentum—and we’ve been building plenty of it. From team growth to major speaking engagements, new partnerships to upcoming projects, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what’s been keeping us busy and what’s ahead.
What’s on our radar
While we’re actively working on some exciting new client projects—ranging from supporting our clients in responding to RFPs in a clear, concise and compelling manner, to delivering RFP corporate training to sales and account management groups, conducting RFP response and RFP operations audits, and supporting clients with their content management efforts—we’re laser-focused on continuing to deliver exceptional results across all aspects of professional proposal writing. Every day brings a new and exciting challenge, which we view as opportunities for us to be there for our clients; empowering their teams to optimize their processes and see those wins roll in.
Stay tuned! We’ll be announcing more client work and content in the coming months.

Industry events & community
We kicked off the season as proud sponsors of the CERC Toronto Summer Mix and Mingle on June 12, 2025, alongside other great industry partners. It was an energizing evening of networking, knowledge sharing, and celebrating the global mobility community. We were thrilled to connect with so many passionate professionals in person!

Next up, we’re heading to Calgary for the 2025 CERC Annual Conference from September 14–16, where two of our team members will be speaking on major industry topics:
- Olivia Bahrami, our Founder and CEO, will be speaking on “Sustainable Solutions for Global Mobility”, alongside Dave Carlos and Taryn Kramer, exploring innovative strategies for reducing environmental impact, improving procurement through better RFP responses, and leveraging Requests for Proposals to drive innovation and industry-wide collaboration.
- Paula Oliveira will present “Driving ROI in Global Mobility: Balancing Costs and Employee Satisfaction”, alongside Isabelle Vigneault, Judee Duran and Luce-Claire Ndagano, offering a framework for integrating ROI as a central metric in global mobility programs. Her session will highlight how budget alignment, tiered relocation policies, and clear communication can transform relocation tenders into employee-centric, cost-efficient programs.
If you’re attending the conference, we’d love to connect in person!
