A New Era for Global Mobility: The RFP House Expands with New Global Mobility Division for Corporate Clients and Welcomes Paula Oliveira as Practice Leader

Toronto, June 9, 2025 – The RFP House, a global woman-owned proposal management and consulting firm, is excited to announce the opening of a new division offering Global Mobility Services to corporate clients, and the appointment of Paula Oliveira as Practice Leader, Global Mobility and HR Solutions to lead it.

Our new expanded scope of services includes end-to-end Global Mobility Solutions, tailored for corporate clients looking to either enhance an existing program or build a Global Mobility function from scratch. This is designed to support HR, Talent Mobility, and Total Rewards leaders in managing mobility strategies efficiently and compliantly, while also supporting the needs of the business and relocating employees.

With over 20 years of experience leading corporate mobility programs across industries, Paula brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise to this growing practice area. Her appointment marks an important step in expanding The RFP House’s capabilities in global mobility, an area where organizations are increasingly seeking neutral, flexible support over bundled, vendor-driven models.
